CS Blinds & Shutters Ltd is a family-run business based in Carlisle. We have been fitting made-to-measure blinds and shutters across Cumbria and Dumfries & Galloway since 1990.
We do the whole job ourselves. We measure your windows, show you samples at home, order your blinds to the exact size, and fit them. No middlemen, no subcontractors, no call centres.
That means when something needs adjusting, you call us — not a helpline. And because we fit everything we sell, we stand behind the quality of every installation.

CS Blinds founded in Carlisle by the Stoddart family.
2000s
Expanded to cover all of Cumbria and into Dumfries & Galloway.
